Sub-Zero were approached by a large retailer based in Cardiff, the client required Sub-Zero supply and install an assortment of new, split air conditioning units.
We began with an arranged site visit where a full site survey was carried out in order to determine how many KW’s of cooling capacity our client would require. The scale of the large Cardiff retailer meant two substantial 10KW units be installed across the retail space.
Following the site survey, our team were able to draw up a full proposal and provide the client with a quote that same day.
The new systems were installed within the agreed time frame of three days, as promised within the project proposal.
Installing the air conditioning units in a commercial environment meant that Sub-Zero’s team were required to complete the project with minimum disruption to the business, operating discretely to avoid interference when possible.
Following the installation, the team at Sub-Zero conducted a tutorial with the retail staff, ensuring they were equipped with the knowledge required to make the most of their new air conditioning system.
